Well, we lost but in other news I made a big commitment tonight. I got a jersey with a player on it. This is a first for me. When I was younger (like 15/16) I really wanted an orange Flyers jersey with Lindros on it. I thought it was love. Then when I moved to Phoenix I bought a Coyotes jersey. I thought, I should get Ballard on it but didn’t get around to it. Then Carcillo came and I debated between Carcillo and Ballard. Then Ballard was traded.Then I was like well I could still get Ballard but Carcillo is still here. Then Carcillo was traded.
So tonight I got a Prucha jersey. I may just be the only on at the job with a Prucha jersey. Well except for Prucah himself. I made the big commitment to a player. I even put it on for the 3rd period. My friend also got a jersey tonoght. We were showing the Czech love. She got a Vrbata. Wow, maybe this will mean that Pru will stick around and not get traded like my last couple of guys. Eh, a girl can dream right?

As far as the game. Wow. We did have a couple thugs out there. Vandy got a game misconduct early in the 3rd for his boarding on a Tampa player. Then later Paul got into a fight. I’m pretty sure Paul won that. The refs did not let it go on until they hit the ice. Then I had to become the thug…. I was threatening players. They were going after Pru like crazy. At one point Pru had four guys on him. Marty had to reach in to try and save him. Another time I yelled, “Malone, you stay away from Pru or you are going to have to deal with me”. I am pretty sure he felt quite threatened.
Our PK looked pretty good for the most part. We had a 5 minute penalty to kill off plus a bunch of others. Part of the time we actually had control of the puck and spent most of the time in their zone. I am pretty sure Sami took a penalty just to have 2 minutes of rest. I swear that boy was out there all the time. Now the PP? Still pretty horrid. Tippet, work on this.
Um, pretty much a crap game. The boys better be ready against the Flyers. I will have my Flyers tshirt on but under my Pru jersey. I don’t want to have to take of the jersey and show my Flyers pride, not at the job. Eeeks, my seatmate might disown me and then I won’t be able to go to games anymore.
I got the third set of Coyotes Christmas cards. I need to figure out what to do. I took pics of the first 2 sets but for some reason, I can’t upload any pics I have taken with my camera since the Halloween game. At first I thought I just couldn’t upload but I can upload images from my camera phone (see: pic of jersey sleeves) but not from my camera. Very strange. I will have more time later in the week to try to figure out what is up with it.
