Here’s a look at how every team’s bullpen is expected to perform in 2019, along with how it compares and contrasts to what they just accomplished.

It’s interesting to note that both extremes aren’t projected to change. The New York Yankees (with some added firepower) are expected to remain the best, while the rebuilding Kansas City Royals are projected to remain the worst. In the middle? Well, there’s a whole lot of shuffling around that’s projected to take place.

Now that we can see what the expectations are for all MLB bullpens, let’s take a look at those projected to rise and fall the most. As we did last week, we’ll start by looking at the biggest risers and finishing with the biggest fallers.
