With Dice-K and Josh Beckett on the DL the Red Sox needed a starter for Friday’s game. The team announced today that prospect Felix Doubront will make his Major League debut on Friday against Manny Ramirez and the Dodgers. Doubront is 2-1 with a 1.08 ERA since he was called up to the PawSox earlier in the season.
