Finally, A Reponse from Broadview Networks

After three days of hammering Broadview Networks on the blog, I get this e-mail:

Your blog entry was brought to my attention by our Marketing department who apparently searches the Internet for things like this. I would like to help you out if you don’t mind e-mailing me your account information I will get this looked at immediately. Sorry your having difficulty with our company. I would like the opportunity to turn your perception around.

I won’t disclose the name of the person who wrote the e-mail, but suffice to say it’s a higher-up.

After I sent him my account number, he replied that someone will call me on Thursday to resolve this. I’ll keep you updated on this.
