This one most certainly qualifies as both.
Yup. You are looking at a “game issued” and “possibly game used” New York Mets “CANSECO” jersey. Which Canseco? It doesn’t say.
Then again…who needs details?
Given neither Jose or Ozzie Canseco ever played for the New York Mets, the jersey would definitely be an interesting purchase. It’s no wonder it has yet to receive a bid.
If you were curious (and I know you weren’t)…the closest Jose got to playing for the 2001 Mets was striking out in his only plate appearance during the 2000 World Series while playing for the Yankees.
Ozzie was out of the Majors in 1993.
