For Tampa Bay Buccaneers, It’s the END OF DAYS

One sure sign the world could be coming to an end soon: Kregg Lumpkin caught the ball and got positive yards after the catch and achieved a first down by fighting for yardage. Somewhere, a group of Bucs fans is disputing the visual evidence.

Some Bucs will be fired, because some Bucs quit. Michael Spurlock did his best “For Who? For What” impersonations. Hall of famer Deion Sanders called it at halftime when he was asked if the Dallas lead was vulnerable…

Of all the things that show me this Bucs team is going nowhere fast in the Ray Perkins style of football…

4 pass attempts in entire first half- Anyone who read Bucstop this week, I talked about how infuriated I was at Ray Perkins for his offensive stategy throwing only 4 passes in the first half of the game at Dallas in 1990. Speaking of offensive strategy, short crossing routes with 3 minutes to go in the game is not the answer. Nor is kneeling at the half when you can heave ho a hail mary pass and SHOW your trying to win the game.

How many times has this team lined up 3rd and 2, a running down for 50% of the time for 80% of the NFL teams. Not the Bucs- SHOTGUN. Just telling the other team, dont worry about the run, were passing the ball.

This is now eight losses in a row- first time since Ray Perkins tenure. I honestly feel I am the most optimistic Bucs fan on teh planet. I thought since the season was over, the Bucs would come out and play like wildfire. They were dead.

Jeremy Trueblood and Donald Penn took turns giving up defensive line penetration.

Need a reason to be hopeful?
High Draft pick at 4-12
Adrian Clayborn
Raheem Morris? maybe theres a chance he stays, MAYBE, a small small chance. But No way Greg Olsen survives this.
Sorry, thats it.
