The newly announced All Elite Wrestling promotion will be holding its first big event on Tuesday evening in Jacksonville, FL. The promotion will be holding a rally for the upcoming Double Or Nothing event, which is expected to be the follow-up PPV to the widely acclaimed All In event.
Talents expected to be at the rally include AEW Executives Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks, along with SoCal Uncensored, who reportedly signed with the company earlier this week, Cody’s wife Brandi Rhodes and Hangman Page. Earlier today, a press release was issued featuring statements from Shad and Tony Khan, confirming their roles as the All Elite Wrestling backers.

According to PWInsider, former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville has been spotted in Jacksonville, ahead of tonight’s AEW rally.
[lawrence-related id=870405]Interestingly, WWE is taping tonight’s episode of Smackdown in Jacksonville, just minutes away from the site of the AEW rally, but the PWInsider report notes Neville is not expected to be backstage for WWE. As a result, it is most likely, however confirmed, that Neville will be making an appearance at the AEW rally and will be announced as the promotion’s latest signee.

Neville left WWE back in 2017 and was officially granted his release from the company in 2018. Since leaving WWE, Neville has gone back to using his former ring name, PAC, and has been wrestling in The UK, Europe and captured gold when he returned to his former promotion Dragon Gate.
As of this writing, it remains unknown what other announcements might be taking place at the big AEW rally in Jacksonville, but rumors of possible TV deal announcements, talent announcements, and the long-awaited answer to the question of Kenny Omega’s future are but a handful of news bits being teased for the rally. Be sure to check back to the site later this evening for any breaking news items coming from today’s event.
