Fort Worth’s Kevin Holland improves to 3-0 with win Friday night in Laredo

Few local fighters have created as much buzz in just three fights as Fort Worth’s Kevin Holland. The Travis Lutter trained welterweight has caused a stir of sorts by calling out nearly everyone in his weight class in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. To date, Holland has backed up his brash words with three definitive victories in the past three months.

His most recent victory came this past Friday night in Laredo, TX at the Border Wars promotion. Facing Aaron Reeves, Holland wasted little time in dispatching his opponent with a blistering TKO in the first round. In fact, the whole fight lasted a mere 22 seconds.

With the win Holland remains undefeated at 3-0 but will have a decidedly more difficult time in his next outing already scheduled for XKO 26 on June 27 where he faces Justin Miller.
