Frank Kaminsky named best returning player in College Basketball

Wisconsin basketball is riding a wave of unprecedented popularity following its run to the 2014 Final Four. However, pundits haven’t always been in love with the Badgers and so when CBS Sports’ Seth Davis named UW’s own Frank Kaminsky as the best returning player in College Basketball it was a little more than surprising.
