I can’t even think of a sarcastic or antagonistic angle to approach this from, as it’s a great deal for fans and a nice show of appreciation. Or maybe they just want to have more than 5,000 fans at the game, so they are giving away as many tickets as possible. I dunno. Maybe free tickets to this game helps to maybe make up for this season a little bit, maybe not. Still, it’s a nice gesture.
