Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Brett Keisel was added to the AFC Pro Bowl team, the first time he has been selected during his nine NFL seasons.
Keisel replaces Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney, who will miss the Jan. 30 game with an injury. Keisel had been a first alternate.
No word on what the injury is. I suspect that guys sit on purpose to avoid injury but also as a favor to first timers who are alternates. Nothing would surprise me.
