– According Phil B. Wilson of the Indianapolis Star, he expects the starting linebacker lineup to consist of Pat Angerer on the strongside, Gary Brackett in the middle, and former Colts starter Tyjuan Hagler on the weakside.
– Due to the injuries on offense, Donald Brown is expected to get the start with both Mike Hart and Joseph Addai probably out for the game. Javarris James will be his backup.
– Also due to injuries, guard Jacques McClendon is being moved to a tight end/fullback position for the game, and has been given a new jersey number (#80).
– The injured players most likely to take to the field from this week’s list are Robert Mathis, Jacob Lacey, Ryan Diem, and Austin Collie in starting roles, with Kavell Conner as the backup weakside linebacker. Dwight Freeney was given the day off to rest on Wednesday and will start against the Eagles.
