Both the AP Poll and the Amway Coaches Poll were kind to the Seminoles after a loss to the No. 1 Clemson Tigers on the road Saturday. Florida State fell from 17th to 19th in the former, while going from 15th to 18th in the latter.

10 undefeated teams entered Saturday, but only six remained afterwards. TCU, Michigan State, Memphis, and LSU were the big losers this week, with all four teams dropping by at least five spots in both the AP Poll and Coaches Poll after their losses. Oklahoma State was a big winner after vaulting themselves to a No. 5 spot in each ranking with a dominating win over TCU on Saturday. Ohio State was dethroned in the AP Poll as the top ranked team, but stayed put in the Coaches Poll.

There are now three ACC teams in the top 25: Clemson, North Carolina, and Florida State. Clemson is ranked No. 1 in the AP and No. 2 in the Coaches Poll, while North Carolina is ranked 17th in both. The Seminoles suffered the smallest drop of any top 25 team that lost on Saturday.

The College Football Playoff rankings will be released Tuesday night. Florida State will play N.C. State at Doak Campbell Stadium at 12:30 P.M. eastern time on November 14th.
