Two Seminoles Earn ACC Weekly Honors
A pair of Florida State players were honored by the ACC for their performances in Saturday’s 29-24 victory over Miami. Sophomore running back Dalvin Cook was named the conference’s Offensive Back of the Week and junior defensive end DeMarcus Walker was named Defensive Lineman of the Week.

Cook accounted for 269 yards of offense, including 222 yards on the ground Saturday, and three touchdowns. His 23-yard touchdown run with 6:44 to play put the Seminoles ahead for good. Walker notched a pair of sacks and a forced fumble in the victory over the Hurricanes.
Six-Day Option for FSU-Georgia Tech
The kickoff time for Florida State’s October 24th contest at Georgia Tech has been declared a six-day option. That means that start time will be announced no later than noon eastern time on Sunday.
