What happened yesterday is in the books. Nothing the Bruins can do about it now. It was a tough loss against a tough team. Shit like that happens. If it makes you feel any better just watch Tuukka Rask throw his hands in the hair like… well.. like he does care. Kinda hilarious in hindsight.
We feel better already. To quote Dana C. it reminds us a lot of this:
Also, if you blame yesterday’s loss on Tuukka, like the jackwagon next to me & Mom yesterday, you need to watch another game. Bruins were giving up shots in the slot like it was free BJ night at Jon’s mom’s house.
Smell that? It’s the stench of bullshit.
But there’s no time to dwell on what could have been. This afternoon the Bruins take on the Filthadelphia Flyers. Flyers have 60 points and are 6-4-0 in last 10. Bruins have 62 points (game in hand) and are 6-3-1 in their last 10. Big problem with Philly is their never ending goalie rotation.
And the fact that Chris Pronger, Ian Lapierre, James van Riemsdyk and now Danny Brierre are all out with indefinitely with concussions. In fact, we got a picture of them together last night hanging out in Prongers’ den.
More after the jump…
Projected Lines
Milan Lucic – David Krejci – Nathan Horton
Brad Marchand – Patrice Bergeron – Tyler Seguin
Rich Peverley – Chris Kelly – Beniot Pouliot
Dan Paille – Greg Campbell – Shawn Thornton
Zdeno Chara – Johnny Boychuk
Dennis Seidenberg – Joe Corvo
Andrew Ference (???) – Adam McQuaid

Note: Ference has a phone date with Shanny at 10am today for recycling McDonagh. We should know before 1pm whether he’s getting banned or not. We’re guessing 1-2 games. That would mean Kampfer is back in. We could use BAMPfER instead, though.
