After resting in the Cavs' last game because of a previous shoulder injury, New Jersey native Kyrie Irving should be at nearly 100 percent this evening in Cleveland vs the Nets |
When: 7:00 PM; Wednesday, April 3rd, 2013
Where: Quicken Loans Arena; Cleveland, OH
TV: WWOR (Channel 9 for most New Yorkers)
Joe Johnson and Gerald Wallace are both out tonight (heel/quad and foot respectively) as the Nets end their eight-game circus road trip in Cleveland, vs the banged-up and pretty bad Cavaliers. MarShon Brooks will start his first game of the season as he joins Keith Bogans as the new additions to Brooklyn's starting lineup.
Probable Lineups
BKN- Williams (PG), Brooks (SG), Bogans (SF), Evans (PF), Lopez (C)
CLE- Irving (PG), Ellington (SG), Gee (SF), Thompson (PF), Zeller (C)
Final Thoughts
If the Nets win this game, they will have gone 5-3 on this trip. I'll take that gladly, given the unforgiving circumstances of the road-stand. Also, they should win this game.
