Rajon Rondo normally kills the Nets when they play the Celtics. With Rondo injured, Paul Pierce is likely to step up |

It's increasingly looking like the Nets will finish the regular season as the East's #4 seed, as they are three games ahead of the #5 Bulls and 3.5 over the #6 Hawks. But that doesn't mean at all that tonight's Nets-Celtics tilt is meaningless. Brooklyn has a chance to finally best Boston in the season series (haven't looked it up but gotta think it has been awhile since that's been done) and round itself back into proper shape for the playoffs as this regular season grinds to a conclusion.
Probable Lineups
BKN- Williams (PG), Johnson (SG), Wallace (SF), Evans (PF), Lopez (C)
BOS- Bradley (PG), Pierce (SG), Green (SF), Bass (PF), Garnett (C)
Final Thoughts
Kris Joseph is coming back to face the team that drafted him. I really, really hope he gets to play tonight.
