The Nets’ 15-game home winning streak was snapped on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks, so Brooklyn doesn’t really have a whole lot to play for. They are shut out of both the No. 3 (held by Chicago) and No. 4 (held by Toronto) seeds in the East and are 1.5 games up on No. 6 Washington, so, in all likelihood, the Nets are going to be the 5 seed in the East and will match up with division rival Toronto in the 1st round of the postseason.

Shaun Livingston and Alan Anderson are both out (probably rest) so Brooklyn will go with a rarely-used but interesting starting five of Deron, Joe, Pierce, AK, and KG.
