What to watch

1. Who plays for the Timberwolves?

When the T-Wolves faced the Houston Rockets on Friday night, Love (sore right elbow), Martin (sore right heal), Pekovic (right ankle bursitis) and Chase Budinger (sprained right ankle) all sat out due to injury.  With just three games remaining in the 2013-14 season, will this be a game of reserves for Minnesota?

2. Can the Kings get to 28 wins?

This season has never been about wins and losses, but I’m pretty sure that coach Michael Malone would love to get one or two more wins to either match or beat the 28-win season Keith Smart posted last year as the head coach of the Kings.  Minnesota is stumbling to the finish line and might be ripe for the picking.

3. Is this the last of Rick Adelman in Sacramento?

It’s been a rough couple of seasons for the former Sacramento Kings head coach.  The Timberwolves haven’t been able to get over the hump and make the playoffs, which is taxing.  But personal issues, including health issues for the coach’s wife, Mary Kay, have taken their toll.  At 67-years-old and with more than a 1,000 wins in the books, this might be the last time we see the greatest Kings coach in the Sacramento-era.
