Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (73-45) @ Cleveland Indians (51-68)
Starters: LAA – John Lackey (8-5, 3.73 ERA) CLE – Justin Masterson (3-4, 4.70 ERA)
Game Info: 4:05 PM PT TV-Fox Sports West, Radio-KLAA 830 AM, KFWB, KWKW 1330 AM
THREE Questions:
- Can the Angels complete the sweep?
- Can Lackey pick up win number 100 for his career?
- How funny is it going to look if Jeff Mathis, who is barely hitting .200 starts amidst a line-up comprised totally over .300 hitters? One of these things is not like the other ones.
TWO Predictions:
- Call me crazy, but I am thinking the Angels shutout the Tribe yet again.
- The newest Indian starter Justin Masterson doesn’t survive the third as he no longer has his the Red Sox magic over the Angels backing him up.
ONE Wish:
- That I didn’t have a big day job interference today so that this could’ve been better (and not so damn early), sorry everyone.
ZERO Tolerance for… Juan Rivera in the three-hole. I don’t know what Sosh has planned with the line-up tonight, but I really hope he isn’t still on crack and going with Rivera hitting third and Hunter fifth or sixth. It just doesn’t make any sense… at all. Knock it off.
