OK, so last game didn’t quite go as planned.
Just when the Angels get close to reaching .500 again they go and get mowed down by the Blue Jays. So it is time to build another winning streak and try it all again.
I still can’t believe the Blue Jays are the best team in the American League and thus refuse to believe that they can so severely out class the Halos. Plus the pitching match-up tonight is much more in the Angels’ favor than the Halladay-Ortega debacle last night. Instead, it is pretty much the reverse; this time the Angels get to throw one of their aces (or the closest they have right now) against Toronto’s untested rookie, Robert Ray.
What to Watch For:
- How will they cope without Manny Ramirez who just got suspended… oh, wait, that’s the Dodgers. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! And he was taking women’s fertility drugs too! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
- Vladimir Guerrero has been cleared to hit off a tee. Obviously that doesn’t impact this game directly, but it can indirectly motivate a team that is fresh off getting their heads handed to them.
As always, hang out with us here, leave a comment and join the discussion during the game.
