Welcome to the final (first?) Purple Jesus Diaries Game Thread of the year (football year, not calendar year, because it’s January 1st and everything … whatever …)! Gather your drunk buds on the couch, kick that high school girl out the door, and turn on to the stomach rolls of Tony Siragusa as we suffer through the final three hours of possibly the worst Vikings season in history.
There’s a lot riding on this game: Draft positioning, historic terribleness, maybe Leslie Frazier’s job … We can only hope for the best for the fans, which happens to be the worst for the team. Will Shirtless Ponder do the right thing and lose this game for us? Will one of the Bears many retarded quarterbacks give our defense improper feelings of success heading in to the offseason? Will Jim Kleinsasser get his token touchdown? FIND OUT TODAY! Or don’t, and just keep drinking. Whatever.
