Gamecocks Spring Practice Day 1 Questions

The sun is out and the tempature is on the rise, it must be time for the USC Gamecocks spring football drills. 

As the players make their way to the proving grounds today, we will see what Coach Spurrier and his staff have planned for the team this spring. Here are a couple things to watch for this spring, feel free to weigh in with your thoughts —

1. Who will step up and take the place of Eric Norwood at outside linebacker this spring?
2. Is Connor Shaw ready to be a legit back-up QB as a true freshman?
3. Will the Offensive Line finally jell in the spring and be ready for the first game in the fall?
4. Will Jarvis Giles show up stronger and faster this spring?
5. Will Spurrier put receivers Tori Gurley and Alshon Jeffery on the field at the same time?
6. How will Pat DiMarco do at Tight End this spring?
7. Can Garcia bounce back after another bad bowl performance?
8. Who is going to be the surprise player this spring, that has the media scrambling to figure out who he is?  Bryce Sherman anyone?
9. How will Akeem Auguste do at Safety?
10. Will Wes Saunders play like the top ranked returning TE in the country?

Practice starts today, I guess we will have to wait and find out.
