According to the Greenville News – USC sophomore walk-on linebacker John Hurton Guerry, 20, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol and open container early Saturday in Athens, Ga., according to an Athens-Clarke County Police Department incident report.
Guerry, who wasn’t in uniform against Georgia, was spotted holding a beer bottle by an officer at 2 a.m., according to the incident report.
What does it take for these guys to learn to stay out of trouble? Safe to say he may not get the same treatment as Q Richardson or E Cook with being arrested because he is a walk on not a scholarship player….sad but true.
