Angels starting pitcher Tyler Skaggs delivered a dazzling performance over eight innings, at one point retiring 21 consecutive Blue Jays. Chris Iannetta lead the offense with a three-run home run in the second inning and C.J. Cron blasted his first Major League homer, a solo shot in the third. Toronto starter J.A. Happ lasted just two and third allowing four run on seven hits.
