Albert Puljos slugged his 503rd and 504th career home runs off Tampa Bay ace David Price behind Angels’ starter Matt Shoemaker who delivered a strong six and a third innings, surrendering just one earned run on two hits and three walks while striking out six. The Halo bullpen closed out the 6-2 victory allowing one run on three hits while fanning four.
