“I would say coach Herb Neilio who was our defensive coordinator at Glassboro [New Jersey] High School. One of the things he always reminded me is, never settle for being good when you’ve got the ability to be great. Never just rest on your laurels. You had a good game? Never just rest on that. You can always do better. There is always something you can improve on. So focus on those things, not so much on what you do well.
