GGTV #23: Make the playoff run, or shut it down?

I joined The Gang to answer the big question posed this week: Should the Celtics REALLY make a run for the playoffs, or are they better off just missing the playoffs and entering the lottery.

And if they DO make it… who would we prefer to play, Atlanta or Cleveland?
