I finally managed to get into DirecTV’s Supercast at 3 p.m. ET. I wasn’t able to switch games, but at least I was able to watch the Red Zone Channel which switches games whenever there is a scoring threat. But around 3:45 p.m., my Internet Explorer browser froze so I exited out of the site. When I tried to get back in, I was greeted with this:
“We apologize for the inconvenience, but SUPERCAST is currently experiencing overwhelming demand. Please try again later.”
I hope this is fixed for next week.
By the way, watching the Red Zone Channel through my regular TV, I saw the Denver Broncos scramble to get its FG kicking unit on just in time for Jason Elam to kick the game winning figgy to beat Buffalo, 15-14. Then a few minutes later, it was Green Bay getting a game-ending figgy to defeat Philadelphia, 16-13, then right after that, it was the Redskins getting its own figgy to win over Miami in OT, 16-13. Great way to watch football on a Sunday afternoon.
But I really hope DirecTV fixes its problems with Supercast for next week.
