The starting lineups have been updated per Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle…

Last time out: The Warriors picked up their first loss of the preseason, prompting Steve Kerr to call an extra practice on an off day.

Keys to the game: Coming out with more focus in defending the three point shot and rotating on defense better in general. The Rockets shot 36% from 3 point territory last season and with Dwight Howard still at the center of attention in Houston after a summer of working with Hakeem The Dream’ Olajuwon their inside out game is only going to get better.

James Harden vs Klay Thompson is going to be a big match-up in this one. Thompson has been getting stronger and stronger, can he keep out of foul trouble against a player of Harden’s physical nature? Better yet can Klay keep the upward trend of free throw attempts going, in order to make James work harder on defense?

Which leads me too, will the other half of the #SplashBrothers take on a bigger role in scoring this game? Will Steve Kerr use Curry more off the ball and run Andre Iguodala as the point forward?

Can David Lee remain hot and double Terrence Jones’s scoring output. After shooting 11-11 last time out with 24 points.

Will the Warriors slow the ball down a little, or remain at a steady 100 miles an hour in this game? Pace may be a point of emphasis going into this table setting pre-season game.

How deep is Andrew Bogut going to dig in this game. He’s been playing great in the preseason, let’s see if he’s gonna put us on his back and take us for a ride through Hidalgo tonight.
