It's a playoff 3-point themed matchup in today's edition of the madness. Truly, one of the great luxuries and powers that the New Big Three have displayed are the 3-point capabilities of not only Ray Allen but Paul Pierce. Too many teams in today's NBA seem to abuse the 3-point line as a means to a viable offense. The Celtics, led by P and Ray have used it as a part of their offense and have come up with some huge threes during their playoff runs. These by Pierce helped seal Boston's only win against Miami, while Ray added a little spice after this one at MSG.
Seed #14: Pierce's Threes Seal Game 3 Win For C's – With about two minutes left in the fourth quarter and the Celtics up by 12, Rondo finds Pierce camping on the baseline and drills the first three. Then a minute later, the Celtics move the ball around as Delonte West kicks it out to Pierce who is a couple of steps in from half court and connects on a bomb to seal the game.

Seed #19: Ray Allen: You can't See Me – In a frenetic playoff game against the Knicks, Ray Allen first bricks a three of the side of the backboard as he falls into the bench. But the C's stay with the play, and eventually Rajon Rondo finds Ray wide open as he drills the three, then gives the "You Can't See Me" gesture. Or was he lobbying for a foul? Either way it was a fantastic play.
