After firing on all cylinders upon being put together, the Run BMC line hasn’t had the same spark the last three games says Carl Hagelin to Andrew Gross at the Bergen Record…
“We haven’t created enough. We haven’t scored enough. I haven’t played the way I’ve wanted to. I haven’t had that extra step when I needed to make an impact. I would say it’s natural (having a dip in the game) but it comes down to players playing the game. I can just talk for myself, with some puck bounces, I haven’t felt good for a couple of games. If I’m playing hard, maybe I get to the puck more.”
The Run BMC line has just one goal, two assists in the last three games.
…this just goes to show how important secondary scoring is to the success of the Rangers team as they’ve been able to turn it around without their best line clicking.
…btw, if Hagelin hasn’t felt good the last couple of games the league better watch out when he gets back to being himself because I’ve felt he’s looked great recently.
