Hall slams Reds; Crew now alone in first

The Brewers took game one against the Reds in Cincy Monday night, 10-6, capped off by a Bill Hall grand slam and Chris Capuano going 5 2/3 without any earned runs, with 5 K’s, to lower his ERA to 2.81 and up his record to 2-0. The win brings the Brewers record to 7-5, good for first and a game ahead of the Reds, Cardinals, and Pirates in the loss column. Tomorrow night’s matchup pits Dave Bush (1-1, 5.25) against Matt Belisle (2-0, 1.50) who has only allowed 1 ER over 6.0 IP in each of his two starts against the Pirates and Diamondbacks, respectively…I hate to say it, but another good outing by Belisle, whose averaging 4.5 K’s/start and has a WHIP of 0.75, and he’ll start going in a lot of fantasy leagues, especially NL only leagues…his first real test comes Tuesday night.
