- It sounds like the Angels are finally starting to reach a breaking point with their Bullpen of Doom and some personnel moves could be coming soon, right after Scioscia stops screaming expletives, apparently.
- INJURY UPDATE: Torii Hunter had to sit out Sunday due to a nagging groin injury. He is listed as day-to-day, so hopefully this clears up soon. The Angels cannot afford to lose him with Vlad Guerrero still struggling to return to form (if he is even capable of doing so).

- INJURY UPDATE: To make room for Kelvim Escobar on the 40-man roster, Dustin Moseley was moved to the 60-day disabled list, a sure sign that he is not being counted on to return anytime soon. Also, Shane Loux has resumed throwing, though it seems unlikely he will have a spot on the active roster waiting for him once he is healthy.
- A Major League Baseball inquiry into some fishy goings on with prospect signings in Venezuela led to the firing of Angels international scouting director, Clay Daniel. Daniel has denied any wrongdoing.
