Evans, the former NFL fullback who played 10 years with four teams and won a Super Bowl ring with the 2009 New Orleans Saints, is one of the co-founders of GenerosiTrend.
49ers running back Reggie Bush, Bengals linebacker Emmanuel Lamur and former Seahawks fullback Mike Robinson are among those who have already signed up.
Evans has been an analyst on the Los Angeles-based NFL Network since he retired in 2010.
“Being a former NFL player and now an analyst on the NFL Network gives me a platform to help others,” said Evans. “I believe people are generous and want to help others less fortunate. And they love football. This is a great way to combine the two.”
