Hedo Turkoglu passed up a chance to sign with the up-and-coming Portland Trail Blazers last summer to go to Toronto for a chance to play with Chris Bosh fatter contract. In turn, he put up some of the worst numbers of his career, averaging just 11.3 points per game. He has come out and stated that he wants out of Toronto just one year into a five year contract that will pay him almost $44 million over the next four years.
His quote on the subject is pretty extensive; I’m just impressed on how much he’s improved since one of his interviews earlier this season.
