Nittany Lion’s Den is looking for writers to join the staff. If you would like to join an outlet that is growing in covering Penn State athletics and has access to some good network connections on Bloguin, YardBarker, and FOXSports.com, then we have room for you.
Here are the positions we are looking to fill.
- Full-time basketball writer(s)
We are looking for someone to carry the load in basketball coverage for men’s and women’s basketball (two positions is ideal, but could pull double-duty). Game recaps and news updates, along with regular commentary - Full-time Olympic sports writer
We have track and cross-country covered, but we are looking for anyone interested in providing a weekly look at the smaller-revenue spots. Open to expanding if needed. - General sports writer
Covering any gaps in sports coverage for football, basketball etc.

This does not come with guaranteed media credentials (although we hope to get to that point soon).
