The Lightning sniper has missed four months due to a broken right leg. He missed the Sochi Olympics and 45 Bolts games after scoring 14 goals and 23 points in 17 games before the injury. Stamkos will be in the lineup Thursday night at home in the Tampa Bay Times Forum taking on the Buffalo Sabres.
No other NHL team can make a trade deadline move to match this one. If nothing else happens, Tampa Bay has added a 60 goal scorer and one of the best players in the world.
