Houston Head Coach Tom Herman Coaching Buckeyes in Title Game Tonight

Baltimore 479

The Houston Cougars’ new head coach Tom Herman will be on the Ohio State sideline for the national championship game tonight, calling the plays for Urban Meyer’s Buckeyes one last time. Cougars fans should pay close attention to the OSU offense, because you all will be watching a similar product on Saturdays this fall. The rest of you AAC fans: enjoy the game, and try not to let visions of Greg Ward, Jr. terrorizing your team’s defense in Herman’s scheme haunt you too much.

Although I don’t have a catchy, alliterative name like “Throwback Thursday” or “Flashback Friday” for this… wait, got it: “Memory Monday.” Nailed it.

Here’s a “Memory Monday” look back at when UH announced Herman as its 13th head coach in program history.
