Indians Announcer, Bruce Drennan, Gets All Harry Doyle-like

The recently swept Tigers probably couldn’t have a better opponent  this weekend than the Cleveland Indians.  The 10-17 Indians kind of suck and they may just be in the middle of a total meltdown — they’ve lost four straight and six of their last seven.

Their announcer, Bruce Drennan, has already had enough.  In this five minute clip, Drennan roasts nearly every member of the good-for-nothing Indians’ roster – calling Russel Branyan’s swing ballerina-esque, saying Luis Valbuena is better off being on a non-active team so he can’t hurt them, and basically, crapping on every other G-D Indians player listed in that night’s box score.

Let’s just hope this doesn’t wake up the Tribe for this weekend’s games.  And so far it hasn’t – the Tigers lead in the first inning, 3-0, with four extra base hits.  I hope you’ve put some Jack in that beverage, Bruce. It could be another long weekend for you and your squad.
