An NFL labor stoppage could cause Indianapolis to lose the 2012 Super Bowl, but Irsay does not believe that will happen. “I really feel we will have a Super Bowl, and, hopefully, we can do it as planned,” Irsay said. “If not, we’ve made some plans to give us some flexibility.” NFL officials have discussed back-up dates for the Super Bowl just in case there is a labor stoppage.
