Jadeveon Clowney was named South Carolina’s 2010 Mr. Football on Friday night, which should not come as a surprise as he is the nation’s top prospect.
Clowney, who runs 4.5 in the 40, had 162 tackles, 29.5 sacks, 29 tackles for loss, 11 caused fumbles, 6 fumbles recoveries, 43 quarterback pressures and five defensive touchdowns this season. On offense, he had 20 carries for 274 yards and nine touchdowns.

The Gamecocks are doing all they can to land the young man for next year but also is Alabama, FSU and the Ohio State. I really hope he sticks around SC and signs with the Gamecocks.
