One of the worst hairdos in all of sports got a bit of an upgrade today. According to ESPN, Jared Allen of the Minnesota Vikings decided to trim his hideous mullet before his upcoming wedding. Allen dropped hints that perhaps the mullet will resurface in the future on his Twitter page.
“The mullet was trimmed for the wedding but the moolay is more than just some hair, its a lifestyle! You gotta keep a positive mullitude…”
Allen has always had a comical outlook regarding his locks, once likening it to the hair of former WWF wrestler Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Just goes to show that even tough football players will do just about anything to keep a woman happy.
