So it hasn’t been a particularly great week for Jason Terry on the Celtics team as a whole. He got blasted by LeBron on a dunk, then LBJ continued to skewer him in the media. Terry then had a rough game in New Orleans missing all five of his shots from the field as the C’s got stung late in the game. There was one bright spot late in the first quarter though. After Jeff Green made a free throw to put the C’s up by seven (27-20), AB does what he does best, and pressures backup point guard Terrel Harris full court. Harassing Harris, AB causes the New Orleans offense to sputter, so Ryan Anderson and Lou Amundson create a sandwich screen on AB to free up the ball. Eventually this allows Anderson to get the ball on the right elbow and tries to sneak a drive past Jeff Green and AB, who helps off his man and pokes the ball free from Anderson and right into the hands of Jason Terry. As soon as AB got a hand on the ball he leaks out immediately, allowing Terry to toss a perfect touchdown pass to AB for the lay-up. See, not everything was so ugly against the Hornets!
