While it doesn’t seem fair to me, the killer of fthe late UConn Huskies cornerback Jasper Howard, John W. Lomax III, received 18 years in prison on Friday during his sentencing.
In a plea deal, Lomax pled no contest to first degree manslaughter instead of the initial charges of murder and conspiracy to commit first degree assault back in January.
