Former Oakland Raider wide receiver is set to join the Minnesota Brett Favres Vikings.
In 2004 Walker went to the Pro Bowl with 89 catches and 1382 yards receiving as a member of the Green Bay Packers. An injury the following year limited him to only one game.
Walker was the most high profile acquisition of the Raiders disastrous 2008 spending spree. The Raiders inked him to a $54 million contract. Months later he was found beaten after having been mugged in a Las Vegas alley. He offered to retire in training camp and return his signing bonus, but Al Davis talked him out of it. He would ultimately catch seven balls in 11 games during his two years in Oakland.
He was released immediately following the 2009 season.
