Oh, milestones…baseball fans love 'em, right? Well, most of us do.
That said, Monday night, Texas Rangers closer Joe Nathan became just the 24th pitcher to collect 300 saves…tying him with Bruce Sutter.
Something tells me, Nathan's milestone save is a little different than the one the Hall of Famer got in his final appearance back in 1988. You see, Nathan's came on what appeared to be a blown call. A blown call that even umpire Marty Foster says he missed.
"I saw the pitch and of course don't have the chance to do it again," Foster told USA Today after the game. "But had I had a chance to do it again, I wouldn't call that pitch a strike."

But even cooler than Nathan getting his 300th save (legit strike call or not) is this. According to Emily Jones, well…you can read.
