Johan Santana Shaves Bert Blyleven’s Head

June 19, 2007 – Minnesota Twins announcer Bert Blyleven bet the best pitcher in baseball that he could not pitch a complete game shutout. The wager was Bert’s hair and Johan Santana did indeed pitch a four-hit shutout against the New York Mets.
