John Lackey might be the key to the Red Sox having a good 2013 season and he is showing signs that he might be up to the task. After missing all of last season, Lackey is making good progress this spring as he recovers from Tommy John surgery. He pitched three shutout innings against the Puerto Rican WBC team tonight and gave up just three hits without any walks.
