According to Detroit4lyfe besty, Ken Rosenthal…Johnny Damon has been claimed by a mystery team on waivers. Oohhh the suspense! My best guess is that Damon will be a Ray. I am basing this on the fact that Steve Yzerman is the Lightning GM and apparently Yzerman being a Red Wing played a huge part in him coming to Detroit in the first place. Plus, the BRayser/mohawk combo might fit in nicely in their empty dome.
In other news, Casper Wells is up and Enrique Gonzalez was DFA’d. I support this move a brazillion percent after Gonzalez proved himself to be completely worthless in the almost Yankess/Tigers skirmish. He spent an entire inning attempting to get revenge and plunking anyone wearing pinstripes and missed. Plus, he is not good at baseball.
